These cupcakes are a donation for the Dessert Auction at the CCHS Athletic Booster’s Crab Feed tonight.  I thought the idea of auction off desserts after a dinner was a brilliant idea.   The cupcakes have taken on quite a reputation.  I’ve made them a few times over the last couple of years and everyone has seemed to enjoy them.  One of the coordinators of the dinner tonight emailed me and said that she heard I made good Red Velvet Cupcakes and asked if I would make them for the auction. I’m happy to help.
