I found a delightful little surprise in the back yard today.  Sadly, we don’t use our yard much (especially with all of the recent weather) but I was walking Charlie and glanced over to where I had my tomatoes and herbs planted.  I expected everything to be dead and shriveled and most of it was but right there in the pile was a beautiful bunch of parsley.   Apparently, parsley grows beautifully in the cold, rainy weather here in the Central Valley.  I immediately went over to rescue the poor thing from the weeds and carnage that surrounded it.  It’s beautiful.  I can’t wait for Steel to use it in his next yummy dish.
